Sa Watsons Ako
The pandemic led to two years of rapid change, creating large-scale disruption to shoppers’ lives as well as for retailers. With keeping healthy as a top priority, Watsons took the challenge as an opportunity. We created the “Sa Watsons Ako” campaign to highlight the many new services developed to meet shoppers’ new needs. These efforts resulted in higher conversion rates, an all-time best brand love score, and more shoppers saying, “Sa Watsons Ako”, which translates to “I’m with Watsons”.
