At the start of 2020, the world hit pause on a great many things, and with everyone working from home, the beauty and cosmetics categories were first to be put on hold. Shoppers got used to simply buying online, but SM Beauty, known as “The Beauty Playground”, understood that beauty is meant to be experienced. In 2022, we launched the Press Play campaign, encouraging customers to come back to stores, unleash their looks, and bring the fun back to beauty.
